Debra A. "Debbi" Harned, 67, of Decatur, formerly of Atwood, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023 at Fair Havens Senior Living, Decatur, IL

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 6, 2023 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 66 East US Highway 36, Atwood, IL. Burial will follow in the Cartwright Cemetery, rural Tuscola, IL.

Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Debbi was born on November 29, 1955 in Tuscola, the oldest daughter of Victor "Gene" and Hila C. Buoy Eyestone.

Survivors include her son: Blake (Wendy) Harned of Decatur, grandchildren: Mikala (Brandon) Sheppard and Max Robertson, great-grandchildren: Addison, Baylor and Jase, sisters: Lisa (Gary) Jay of Atwood and Beth (Berrie) Slade of Hammond.

She was preceded in death by her parents and infant brother: Alan Eyestone.

Debbi formerly worked as a secretary for the Village of Savoy. She was a board member and served as the president of the Atwood-Hammond School Board for several years. She enjoyed volunteering in the community.
