Zade Isaac
Hutchcraft
November 18, 1999 – December 16, 2025
Mackville Cemetery
Starts at 11:00 am (Central time)
It is with great sadness that we share the loss of our beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend Zade Hutchcraft of Phoenix, Arizona, formerly of Sullivan and Vandalia Illinois. Zade Isaac Hutchcraft was born November 18, 1999 in Urbana Illinois to Brenan (Bree) Carter of Vandalia, IL and Bart Hutchcraft of Atwood, IL. He attended preschool through most of 7th grade in Sullivan and 7th grade through high school in Vandalia. He was nominated for homecoming king his freshman year of high school. Zade was a social butterfly and life of the party. Most recently, even through his most recent struggles with life, he proudly received his GED from Arizona Gateway Community College in preparation to pursue his life long dreams of becoming an architect.
Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at the Mackville Cemetery, Atwood, IL
Zade was the eldest of 3 children born to Brenan and Bart with his sister Brecia being born just 9 days shy of Zade’s 1st birthday and his brother Zion being born a year and half later. Together they all built a bond that could never be broken with many fond memories to cherish forever.
Zade was a hilarious, independent (or stubborn), and brilliant old soul. He was proud to be part of the LGBTQ+ community. He loved riding the tallest, fastest roller coasters, silent farting with the windows rolled up, jump scaring anyone he could, irritating his siblings, having his back “scrubbed”, being Santa Claus, and watching his favorite movie Poofer when he was little. He loved Thai food and baking and eating chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and bread. His favorite color was always blue growing up but had changed in recent years to ROYAL purple just the same as Gram’s. Isaac enjoyed learning new languages, reading, studying, candlelit bubble baths, tarot, spiritual healing, traveling, big cities, and so so so much more.
Zade is survived by his Mom and Dad, brother Zion Hutchcraft, sister Brecia Hutchcraft, half sister Jenniffer Vance; Grandmother Sheryl Philpot “Gram” (Greg “Pap”), Grandpa Jack L. Carter; Aunts Airica (David) Hanna and Jennifer Carter; Uncles John Myers and Jack F. Carter; Nephews Kelvin and Kingston; Nieces Kaleecia and Legacie; Great Grandma Betty Allen; and a multitude of extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by Grandparents Bodie and Roy Hutchcraft; Cousin Eric Gabbard; Great Grandparents Bill and Tillie Sanders; Great Grandpa Carl Allen; Great Aunt Connie Eskew; Great Uncle Carl Allen Jr.; and close family friends Mary Flint & Brandon Warnick.
Zade's ashes will be kept altogether and will be returned to the earth as we as a family have agreed he would have wanted. His ashes will be buried and a celebration of life will commence at a date yet to be determined and agreed upon. He will be greatly missed and loved for all of eternity as we will continue to see and feel signs of Isaac here with us in our daily lives. Fly high Beeb, we love you so so so much!!!!
