Warren Rowe "Woody" Wilson, 86, of Tuscola, IL, died at 8:15 PM, Friday, January 13, 2006 at the Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL

Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 AM, Monday, January 16, 2006 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL with the Rev. Robert Hartley and Rev. Kenneth Roedder officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 AM until time of services on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL

Mr. Wilson was born on February 5, 1919 in Tuscola, IL, the son of B.F. and Myrtle Schrebler Wilson. He married Lois Imogene Gray on September 1, 1946 in Tuscola, IL. She survives.

Other survivors include: 2 Daughters: Mary "Margie" Stevens and husband: Guy of Villa Grove, IL, Dorothy Feeler and husband: Jerry of Tuscola, IL, 2 Sisters: Vivian Kennedy of Champaign, IL, Pearl Kendin of New Town, North Dakota, 4 Grandchildren: Dan Stevens, Crystal Mays, Michael Todd Stevens, Andrew Feeler, 8 Great-Grandchildren

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 Brother: Frank Wilson

Mr. Wilson was a retired Mill Work Forman, having worked for Thompson Lumber Company in Champaign, IL for 25 years. As a young man he worked at the Grab-It-Here Store, then went to work at the Fullerton Bakery for several years. He was a US Army World War II Veteran. He attended the Tuscola United Church of Christ. He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed gardening and playing cards. He loved to spend his winters in Florida.
