Wanda N. Stallsworth, 82, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 2:19 a.m.,Thursday, August 6, 2009 at the Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana, IL
Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 8, 2009 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL, with the Rev. Jason Rennert officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL
Mrs. Stallsworth was born on January 27, 1927 at rural Tuscola, the daughter of Henry F. and Rena E. Jolley Whitehead.
Survivors include her children: Phil Stallsworth (Kathy Graves) of Tuscola, IL, LuAnn Day (Wesley) of Mokena, IL,
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Eugene & Wayne Whitehead.
Wanda formerly worked for Dietrich Electric and Mitchell's Department Store both in Tuscola. She has worked at Sav-Mor Pharmacy in Tuscola as a sales clerk for many years. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Tuscola.
