On December 1, 2012, Virginia Runyan passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on her birthday with daughter Wendy at her side.

She was born on December 1, 1918 in Calumet City, Illinois, the daughter of Felix and Victoria Martin.

Virginia is survived by sons: Wayne and Mike Runyan, daughters: Vickie Runyan and Wendy Marsh, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Hank and Addie Martin, daughter: Carol Sue Butler and son: Ron Runyan.

A private service was held with family at home.
