Obituary
Tracy Michelle Lindenmeyer, 48, of Arcola, died at 1:20 AM Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008 at Carle Hospital in Urbana.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 28, 2008 at the First Christian Church, 311 E. Main Street, Arcola, with Rev. Harold Williamson officiating. Burial will follow in the Arcola Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3:00-7:00 PM Saturday at Shrader Funeral Home, 204 N. Locust Street, Arcola.
Tracy was born April 10, 1960 in Mattoon, the daughter of Orville and Patricia Lorenson Monroe. She married Michael Lindenmeyer in Sullivan on March 27, 1993.
She is survived by her husband, Michael, of Arcola; 2 daughters, Erin and Megan at home; 2 brothers, Stephen Monroe and wife Candace of Sullivan; Kenneth Monroe and wife Trudy of Mt. Zion; sister, Mary Atchison and husband Richard of Sullivan; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, James Monroe.
Tracy graduated from Sullivan High School in 1978 and received her B.S. Degree from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston in 1982. She taught and coached at Unity High School in Tolono. She was a member of the Arcola First Christian Church.
