Suzanne Quiggle, 70, of Havana, formerly of Arcola, died at 4:00 a.m. Friday, July 7, 2017 at her residence.

Graveside services will be conducted at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2017. Shrader Funeral Home, 204 N. Locust Street, Arcola, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Suzanne was born September 24, 1946 in Tuscola, the daughter of Fred W. and Helen E. Hoots Shrader. She married Frank Quiggle, Jr. in 1983; he preceded her in death on May 1, 2017.

She is survived by 3 children, Gretchen Rae Williams of Havana; Edward P. Miller of East Peoria; and Christian F. Miller of Havana; 2 step daughters, Nicole (Steven) Roos of Havana; Kimberly (Clint) Capstin of The Woodlands, Texas; brother, Stephen (Connie) Shrader of Arcola; 8 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; daughter, Rachel Wierman; and 1 great grandchild.

Suzanne was a graduate of Arcola High School Class of 1964 and attended Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. She owned and operated D.R.'s Video in Havana for 10 years. She volunteered for Meals on Wheels for 5 years and also volunteered for 35 years cooking at the Senior Citizens Center in Havana. She was a member of the Havana United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School for 5 years.
