St. Clair "Roscoe" Helm, the only child of Cora and St. Clair Helm, Sr., was 93 at the time of his passing on December 11, 2013, having been born June 4, 1920. His nickname Roscoe was acquired during his school days and he preferred it to being called Junior.

Roscoe retired at an early age and enjoyed his summer home in Northern Wisconsin. He made many friends and enjoyed the North Woods dining and still water skied into his seventies.
Roscoe enjoyed Indian and Harley Davidson motorcycles, a nice luxury car, but his favorite was a good muscle car. He was always seeking more horsepower and tires to put power to the road.

Roscoe leaves behind his wife, Lois, of 69 years; his son Jim (Peggy) Helm; daughter Sandra (Nick) Sebastian and granddaughter Allison (Miceal) Rooney.

His grandson Christopher James Helm preceded him in death.

Private family services will be held. Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL has been entrusted with the arrangements.
