Sonny Phillip Manship, born on March 20, 2019, welcomed by his Mom: Heather R. Manship and Dad: Michael J. Manship. He was born early weighing 1 lb. 3 oz. He lived his time in the Carle NICU. He was full of life and smiles for his short time here. He was very loved by his parents, siblings and family.

On September 3, 2019, Sonny gained his wings. He was proceeded in death by his paternal great-grandpa: William "Dick" Manship, maternal great-grandpa: Dale E. Gulley, maternal great-grandpa: Lloyd Taulbee, great-grandma: Shirley Cogdill and great-grandma: Mary C. Taulbee, plus many others in our family.

He left surviving his parents, siblings: Kamy Burton, Jacob Logue, Leaum Quinn and Zane Manship, paternal grandparents: Marcia and Larry Richardson, great-grandma: Gloria Manship, maternal grandparents: Rick Taulbee, Tammy Chitwood, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Sonny will be very missed and will live on through all of us.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 6, 2019 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 66 East US Highway 36, Atwood, IL with Pastor Jeremiah Gregory officiating. Burial will be in the Mackville Cemetery, Atwood, IL.

Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

A luncheon will be held following the service at the Hammond Pub.
