Sandra M. Rich, 71, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 6:35 p.m., Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at her residence.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, August 2, 2013 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL, with Rev. Michael Ruhlig officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL
Sandy was born on February 25, 1942 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Ray Primmer and Audrey M. Wirth Oye.
Survivors include her brother: Bill Oye of Tuscola, IL and step-sister: Kayann Walters of Mattoon, IL
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorials are suggested to Hands-4-Paws.
Sandy worked as a veterinary technician for many years. She formerly worked for Douglas County Animal Control.
