Ruth E. Lowe, 69, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away peacefully at Tuscola Health Care Center, Tuscola, Illinois on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.

Ruth was born on February 17, 1950 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Earl & Betty Hart. She graduated from Gerstmeyer Tech High School in 1967.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Linda Cooksey.

Ruth is survived by her son, Johnnie (Rebecca) Lewis; her daughter, Melinda (Jeff) Gill; her brother, Donald Hart; as well as by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held in Terre Haute, Indiana at a date to be determined later and she will be buried at Roselawn Memorial Park.
