Ruby Lee Hall-Bollman, 92, formally of Atwood, IL passed away peacefully Thursday, December 6, 2018.
Ruby was born February 1, 1926 in Detroit, Michigan. She married Curtis Hall of West Plains, Missouri in June 1941. They moved to Hammond, Illinois where they owned and managed the Standard Oil Station and Restaurant in 1955. They moved to Atwood, Illinois in 1960 where she worked at the Atwood café, and Delberts Clothing in Arthur.
After the passing of Curtis she married John Bollman in 1980, who also preceded her in death.
She loved completing jigsaw and crossword puzzles along with crocheting all while watching Texas Ranger, MacGuyver or listening to Gaither and Elvis gospel music.
Surviving are her daughter Judy Capps of Decatur, daughter Barb Cornwell of Bement, son Curtis (Jill) Hall of Tuscola and daughter Brenda Romine of Belleville, step-daughter Brenda Bollman Whiteman (Bill) of Palm Coast, Florida, 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are her parents, husband Curtis, husband John, son-in-laws Graydon and Bill and 2 grandsons.
Private family services will be held. Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 66 East US Highway 36, Atwood, IL is entrusted with the arrangements.
