Ruby Lois Gardner, 66, of Byhalia, Mississippi, formerly of Arcola, passed forward to Heaven at 2:01 p.m. Monday, November 15, 2021 at home.

She was born June 20, 1955 in Memphis, Tennessee, the daughter of Gerald Elmo and Evie Lurline Mills Allison.  She married the love of her life, Gary Gardner, on June 23, 1979 in Memphis, Tennessee; he preceded her in death on December 5, 2020.

She is survived by her daughter Lois Doss, two grandsons, Dakota Faulk and Skylar Doss; two granddaughters, Silvey and Ginger Gardner; two great grandsons, Lukah and Braxton Doss; stepdaughter Kendall Gardner; and stepson, Lee Gardner.

Graveside Services will be November 27, 2021 in Arcola at 11am.

Shrader Funeral Home, 204 N. Locust Street, Arcola is assisting the family.
