Marrietta Rheadon Kresin, 78, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 5:15 p.m., Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at the Newman Rehab and Health Care Center, Newman, IL

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, March 25, 2019 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL. Burial will follow in the Cartwright Cemetery, rural Tuscola, IL.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the funeral home.

Rheadon was born on September 7, 1940 in Salem, IN, the daughter of Nelson and Gladys Thompson Earley. She married Larry R. Kresin on December 6, 1959. He preceded her in death on July 13, 2017.

Surviving are her children and grandchildren: Todd (Kimara) Kresin and children: Jessica (Kyle) Stewart, Cade Kresin and Peyton Kresin, Susan (Kevin) Quinn and children: Danielle, Tyler (Jessica), Patrick and Trace Quinn and Lance (Ticia) Kresin and children: Kameryn and Lucas Kresin, great-grandchildren: Kaleb Miller, John Stewart, Jalen, Jordan, Jaycelyn, Elizabeth, Madeline and Nathaniel Quinn, sisters: Bonnie Barbee of Atwood and Stevie Shearer of Villa Grove.

She was preceded in death by her parents, sister: Sherry Bonomo and grandson: Caleb Quinn.

Rheadon was a 1958 graduate of Atwood-Hammond High School and attended business college. She worked as a bookkeeper at Four Season's Clothing Store in Tuscola for many years. She later worked at the Tuscola Outlet Mall as a sales clerk for Causal Corner and Coach. Rheadon was a member of the Tuscola United Church of Christ and she loved being with her grandbabies.
