Raymond T. "Crow" Morris, 77, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 4:20 A.M. Thursday, July 23, 2009 at the Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, July 27, 2009 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 S. Main St. Tuscola, IL with the Rev. Jerry Silver officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2009 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial with military rites will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery.

Mr. Morris was born September 7, 1931 in Champaign, Illinois, the son of John L. and Inez Franklin Morris. He married Shirley C. Tempel on August 8, 1953 in Pesotum, IL. She survives.

Other survivors include his children: Pam Sudduth and husband: Joe of Tuscola, IL, Vicky Abernathy and husband: Jim of Paris, IL, John Morris and wife: Carol of Tuscola, IL, 3 Grandchildren: Becky Sudduth, Joshua Kuykendall and Jeffrey Sudduth and 3 Great-Grandchildren: Damiyen Kuykendall, Kash Kuykendall and Weston Sudduth

He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother: John L. Morris

Raymond retired from Quantum-USI Chemical Company in 1991, where he worked as a draftsman for 38 years. He was a US Army Korean War Veteran. He was a 1949 graduate of Tuscola Community High School. He was a member of the Demolay and the Tuscola Moose Lodge. Ray loved to go camping, fish and coon hunt.
