Randall L. "Randy" Reed, 60, of Villa Grove, lost his battle with cancer at 12:30 a.m., Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the Newman Rehab & Health Care Center, Newman, IL
Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, Tuscola, IL is assisting the family.
Randy was born on March 5, 1957 in Tuscola, IL, the son of Forrest and Norma Jean Brewer Reed.
Survivors include his sister: Shirley Bradbury and husband: Steve of Tuscola, brothers: Mark Reed of Villa Grove and Harold Reed of Lacrosse, WI, many nieces and nephews that he dearly loved.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents.
He worked as a farm laborer and was a 1976 graduate of Villa Grove High School.
Randy was always a fun-loving guy. He never knew a stranger. Randy's hobbies where hunting, fishing and spending time with his many cats while growing up, he especially loved his cat "Callie". He had a dear friend Tom Wilkerson, whom was always close when needed and special friends, Amanda and Bill Bozdech and Ted and Stevie Shearer.
