Phyllis S. Mann, 46, of Hammond, IL, passed away at 4:46 P.M., Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at the Decatur Memorial Hospital, Decatur, IL

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 1, 2008 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, Atwood, IL. Visitation will be held from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m., Sunday, November 30, 2008 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Hammond Cemetery, Hammond, IL

Phyllis was born on August 29, 1962 in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Larry Warner and Joan Carter. She married Michael D. Mann on April 12, 1980 in Bement, IL. He preceded her in death on September 29, 2005.
