Peggy Jo Foster, 73, of rural Tuscola, IL, passed away at 11:55 p.m., Monday, February 12, 2024 at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2 to 4 p.m., Saturday, February 17, 2024 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL.

Peggy was born on September 23, 1950 in Bloomington, IL, the daughter of Charles L. and Audrey M. Plankenhorn Fogel. She married Robert L. "Bob" Foster on December 31, 1972 in Farmer City, IL. He survives.

Also surviving are her sons: Robert "Todd" Foster and wife: Vicky of Charleston, IL and Jeffrey L. Foster and wife: Marydith of Tuscola, IL, 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Lloyde Dale Fogel.

Peggy was a member of the Camargo United Methodist Church. She loved crafts and spending time with her family members.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
