Patty Sue Plunk, 68, of Tuscola, IL died 11:10 AM Thursday, October 26, 2006 at the Tuscola Health Care Center, Tuscola, IL.
Funeral Services will be 11 AM, Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main St., Tuscola, IL with Rev. Jayson Garcia officiating. Visitation will be 9:30 to 11:00 AM, Tuesday, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL
Ms. Plunk was born January 27, 1938 in Gerty, Oklahoma, the daughter of Vasser and Stella Stallings Lewis. She married William Dale Plunk. He preceded her in death in 1988. Patty grew up in Oklahoma and raised her family in Tuscola, IL.
Survivors include: 2 Daughters: Cynthia Sue Ward of Harrisburg, IL; Lawana Lynn "Cis" Sigler of Tuscola, IL; 2 Sisters: Peggy Peterson of Rogers, AR; Wynemia Ferguson of Anaheim, CA; 8 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren.
She had worked in the bakery at the Tuscola IGA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Son: Tommy Dale "Bud" Plunk; 3 Brothers; 2 Sister and 1 Granddaughter Carie Sigler.
