Patricia A. "Pat" Cutsinger, 73, of Arthur, passed away at 2:15 AM Saturday, August 15, 2009 at the Arthur Home in Arthur.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 210 S. Pine Street, Arcola, with Father Barry Harmon as celebrant. Burial will follow in the Arthur Cemetery. A Vigil Service will be held at 5:30 PM Tuesday with visitation from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Shrader Funeral Home, 431 S. Vine Street, Arthur.

Mrs. Cutsinger was born December 5, 1935 in Danville, the daughter of George and Beulah Christman Lallish. She married Lowell D. Cutsinger on June 19, 1954 in Danville; he survives.

Besides her husband, Lowell, she is survived by one son, Robert L. "Larry" Cutsinger of Austin, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Robert A. Lallish.

Mrs. Cutsinger was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Arcola. She retired from Illinois Consolidated Telephone Company where she was a fraud investigator. She formerly worked as a secretary at St. John's Catholic Church in Arcola and the Vine Street Christian Church in Arthur. She and her husband owned and operated the Arthur Graphic Clarion Newspaper for many years. She loved making crafts, quilting, and working with computers.
