Otis "Lee" Shoulders, 68, of Atwood, IL, died at 1:45 p.m., Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Presence Covenant Medical Center, Urbana, IL

Memorial Services will be held at 8:00 p.m., Friday, November 8, 2013 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 66 East US Highway 36, Atwood, IL, with Dr. Lanny Faulkner officiating. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.

Lee was born on June 20, 1945 in Russellville, KY, the son of Otis and Frances Warren Shoulders. He married Kathy Garrett on October 6, 1967 in Atwood, IL. She survives.

Other survivors include his son: Frankie Shoulders of Columbia, SC, daughter: Gena Tuggle of Spring Hill, FL, grandchildren: Kody Shoulders, Makayla Tuggle, Jayda Lee Tuggle, Jacob Lee Shoulders and Joshua Ward Shoulders, brother: Cliff Shoulders of Virginia Beach, VA, sisters: Sue Barry of Franklin, KY, Velma Gregory of Indianapolis, IN and Millie Griffin of TN

He was preceded in death by his parents, infant brother: Thomas Lee and an infant sister: Brenda

Lee worked as a mechanic for Nick's Automotive in Decatur, IL. He was a hard worker and played hard and he also loved to tinker. He was a great husband, dad, grandpa and brother.
