Norwood D. "Kelly" Kellogg, 79, of Tuscola, IL, died at 5:50 PM, Saturday, December 24, 2005 at the Piatt County Nursing Home, Monticello, Illinois

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Wedneday, December 28, 2005 at the Tuscola United Methodist Church, Tuscola, IL, with the Rev. Bruce Baumberger officiating. Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM, Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL

Mr. Kellogg was born on July 2, 1926 in Bogue, KS, the son of Ray and Bessie Van Allen Kellogg. He married Catherine McManus Gibson in Pascagoula, MS on August 28, 1965. She survives.

Mr. Kellogg graduated from Kansas State University as a civil engineer. He was a partner and then owner of J.L. Allen Company in Tuscola, IL, He was a member of the Tuscola United Methodist Church, where he taught Sunday School for 25 years.

He served with the US Army during World War II, serving in the Philippines and Japan, and was awarded the Bronze Star.
