Naomi Doris Little, 102, of Tuscola, died at 7:56 p.m., Monday, January 23, 2017 at Tuscola Health Care Center, Tuscola, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Shrader Funeral Home, 204 N. Locust Street, Arcola, with Rev. Jeff Van Dyke officiating. Burial will follow in the Broadus Cemetery, rural Tuscola. Visitation will be held from 2:00-3:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Naomi was born December 26, 1914 in Kansas, the daughter of Roy and Lillie Honn Simpson. She married her life partner Albert Leslie Little on August 2, 1941; he preceded her in death on July 30, 1985.

Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Kaye Little of Tuscola; 4 grandchildren, Jeff Little and wife Comanche of Bloomington; Tony Little and wife Deb of Copley, Ohio; Jon Little and wife Toni of Tuscola; Jill Nasrallah and husband Ramzy of Flemington, New Jersey; 14 great grandchildren, Jeremy, Casadie, Christina, Ben, Ian, Isabella, Ingrid, Chase, Chance, Dakota, and Dalani Little, Madeline, Juliette, and Amelie Nasrallah; and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; son, Jim; 3 brothers, and 1 sister.

Naomi and Albert farmed in the Filson community for over 45 years and raised Black Angus cattle, hogs, and several crops. They retired to rural Coles County in the early 70's. (The Little Farm)

She was an active member of the Filson Methodist Church, The Women's Christian Temperance Union and the Women's Society of Christian Service, and a longtime member of the Mt. Gilead Church.
