Mary Lee McCollam Reifsteck, 87, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 12:32 p.m., Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, February 13, 2017 at the Forty Martyrs Catholic Church, 201 East Van Allen Street, Tuscola, IL, with Father Angel Sierra as celebrant. Burial will follow in the Tuscola Township Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m., Sunday, February 12, 2017 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL.

A rosary will be recited at 3 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.

Mary was born on June 14, 1929 in Charleston, IL, the daughter of Carl and Anna Vera Burris Berry.

She married Lyle E. McCollam on April 21, 1945 in Indianapolis, IN. He preceded her in death on June 27, 1981. She married Clifton H. "Clif" Reifsteck on August 15, 1985 in Sadorus, IL. He preceded her in death on October 1, 2009.

Survivors include her daughter: Jacki Brookins and the late Carroll, son: Lyle "Butch" (Kathy) McCollam both of Tuscola, 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and other extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, son: Paul, two brothers and a sister.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Douglas County Relay for Life or to the American Heart Association.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing. Mary loved her Lord and Savior. She was a member of the Forty Martyrs Church and Altar Society. Mary always enjoyed spending time at her cabin on Lake Mattoon.
