Mary M. Lecher, 89, of Tuscola, IL passed away at 9:21 PM Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at the Tuscola Health Care Center Tuscola, IL.

Mass of Christian burial will be 11 AM Friday, November 2, 2007 at the Forty Martyrs Catholic Church, 201 E. Van Allen St., Tuscola, IL with Father Barry Harmon as officiant. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the Church
Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL. The Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 S. Main St., Tuscola, IL is handling the arrangements.

Mrs. Lecher was born February 10, 1918 in Pesotum, IL the daughter of Peter and Magdalena Stenger Kleiss. She married George Bernard Lecher January 27, 1942 in Pesotum, IL. He preceded her in death March 3, 2005.

Survivors include her Son: David Lecher and wife Jeanette of Tuscola, IL; Daughter Barbara Utterback and husband Bob of Tuscola, IL; 4 Grandchildren: Bobbi Murray, Amy McDonald, Nichole Bates and Eric Lecher; 5 Great- Grandchildren: Travis Dallas, Sydney Murray, Riley McDonald, Tierney McDonald, and Mason McDonald.

She was preceded in death by her Parents; Son: Philip Ray Lecher; 3 Brothers: Joe Kleiss, Ray Kleiss, and Ed Kleiss

Mary was a member of Forty Martyrs Catholic Church, Tuscola, IL and the Forty Martyrs Alter Society.
