Obituary
Mary Ballinger, 92, of Forsyth, IL, passed away at 9:58 am, Thursday, April 21, 2011 at her residence.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 23, 2011 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 66 East US Highway 36, Atwood, IL. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Hammond Cemetery, Hammond, IL
Mrs. Ballinger was born on July 11, 1918 in Hammond, IL, the daughter of Alfred Lee and Hulda Ryder Goodrich. She married Carl Edward Ballinger on July 5, 1941 in Spartanburg, SC. He survives.
Other survivors include her brother: Fred Goodrich of Monticello, IL and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and three sisters.
Mrs. Ballinger was a retired ATT telephone operator. She and her husband were members of the Central Illinois Antique Car Club.
