Mark G. Conn, 83, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 12:50 p.m., Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at his residence.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, July 6, 2009 at the Tuscola United Methodist Church, 901 North Prairie Street, Tuscola, IL, with the Rev. Patty Johansen officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 – 8 p.m., Sunday, July 5, 2009 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL. Burial will be in the Arthur Cemetery, Arthur, IL

Mr. Conn was born on February 24, 1926 in rural Tuscola, the son of Claud G. and Gladys Haling Conn. He married Marjorie "Marge" Shaw on May 18, 1946 in Tuscola, IL. She survives.

He was preceded by his Parents, 1 Brother: Don Conn and 2 Sisters: Lucy Grayson and Marjorie Bowles

Mark retired from Cabot Corporation in Tuscola, IL. He was a member of the Tuscola United Methodist Church and the Chapel Sunday School Class. Mark was a member of the Tuscola Kiwanis Club. He loved to fish and spend time with his family.
