Marilyn Ann Keiss, 38, of Springfield, died Thursday morning, October 27, 2016 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at the Vine Street Christian Church, 249 S. Vine Street, Arthur, with Rev. Paul Fraser officiating. Burial will follow in the Arthur Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of services on Tuesday at the church.  Shrader Funeral Home, 431 S. Vine Street, Arthur, is assisting the family with services.

Marilyn was born August 6, 1978 in Des Plaines, the daughter of Howard J. and Linda Trower Keiss.

Survivors include her parents, Howard and Linda Keiss of Arthur; sister, Rebecca Stehman and husband Ben of Chatham; fiancé`, Daniel Laurence-Richardson of Springfield; 2 aunts, Rhonda Trower of Arthur; Diane Berkowski and husband Al of McHenry; 2 uncles, David Keiss of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin; Neal Keiss of Schaumburg; 2 nephews, Ivan and Alec Stehman.

Marilyn received a culinary arts degree at Richland Community College. She was a pastry chef at The Feed Store in Springfield.
