Lydia May Binion, 63, of Atwood, IL, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2020 at her residence.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday , November 10, 2020 at the Arthur Cemetery, Arthur, IL. Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, Atwood, IL is entrusted with the arrangements.

Lydia was born on September 1, 1957 in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Gaines and Mary Bowen Goodwin. She married Bobby W. " Goob " Binion on July 12, 1980 in Arthur. He preceded her in death on November 13, 2015.

Survivors include her sons: Danny Binion of Lakeland, FL,  Robert (Paris) Binion of Atwood, granddaughters: Ivy and Iris Binion and Le Luna Anna Mea Binion, sisters: Darlene (Richard) Warnick of Mt. Zion, Jeanie (Levi) Miller of Neoga and Janie (David) Conner of Piedmont, MO

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Benjamin Bowen.

Lydia loved gardening and spending time with her granddaughters.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the First State Bank of Atwood for her grandchildren's education fund.
