Lucinda C. "Cindy" Rogers, 69, of Highland, IL, passed away at 8:30 p.m., Sunday, July 3, 2016 at the Faith Care Center in Highland, IL.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 18, 2016 at the Forty Martyrs Catholic Church, 201 East Van Allen St. Tuscola, IL with Fr. Angel Sierra officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the church. Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL is entrusted with the arrangements.

Cindy was born in Tuscola and married Bob Rogers on April 29, 1967 at Forty Martyrs Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband and three children; Amy Rouse (Corey), Marcy Ogle (Bill), and Jason (Janelle).

Grandchildren are Corey Michael Rouse, Chase Rogers, Ean Rouse, Claire Rogers, and another grandbaby on the way.

She was the daughter of John and Cleta Cler and sister to Joyce Butler (Bob) all who preceded her in death. Surviving sisters are Nancy Bosch (Harold) and Phyllis Rund (Jerry).

As a Eucharistic Minister Cindy shared her faith with others. She was an accomplished crosstitcher and raised beautiful flowers. She was our warrior.
