Lloyd E. Taulbee, 78, of Atwood, IL, passed away at 2:44 p.m. Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Palm Terrace of Mattoon, Mattoon, IL.

No public services will be held. Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 66 East US Highway 36 Atwood, IL is assisting the family.

Mr. Taulbee was born November 1, 1940 in Jackson, KY, the son of Sherman and Margaret King Taulbee. He married Mary Katherine Richardson. She preceded him in death.

Lloyd is survived by 2 sons: Rick Taulbee of Pierson, IL and David Taulbee of Atwood, IL; daughter: Christine Reynolds of Brownstown, IL; 4 grandchildren: Richard, Raven, Jessie and Heather and 2 nephews: Dennis and Troy Taulbee.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and 6 siblings.

Lloyd was a farmer. He loved fishing, gardening and being outdoors.
