Linda J. Studnicka, 51, of Paxton, IL, formerly of Tuscola, IL, passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at the Asta Care Center, Paxton, IL.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL, with Pastor Glen Crouse of the Rantoul Christian Church officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery.

Linda was born on January 17, 1961 in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter of Charles J. and Frances A. Meigs Studnicka, Sr.

Survivors include her mother: Frances McNabb of Paxton, IL, brother: Charles Studnicka, Jr. of Champaign, IL, sisters: Susan Studnicka of Champaign, IL and Barbara Workman of Mahomet, IL.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Linda worked as a social worker at Developmental Services and Alan Ryle Company both in Champaign, IL. She graduated from Tuscola Community High School in 1979. Linda graduated from Lincoln Christian College in Lincoln, IL, with a degree in Sacred Music/Voice. She was a member of the Rantoul Christian Church and a former member of the Tuscola First Christian Church.
