Linda Jo Sanders (Anderson), age 81, of Princeton, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2025, surrounded by her family.

Linda was born on April 4, 1944, in Sheffield, IL, to Virgil and Venice Anderson. She graduated from Manlius High School and went on to earn a degree in Education from Illinois State University.

After college, she dedicated her life to education, devoting her career to shaping the lives of her students and took great pride in seeing them succeed.

Linda married her college sweetheart, Dennis Thomas Gaudio, in 1970, and together they raised two children. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who loved her family, animals, and nature.

She is survived by her children, Eric and Gary Gaudio and four grandchildren, Auggie and Dom Gaudio, and Maddie and Ethan Lawler. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Richard and Skip Anderson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Research Institute (CRI) or Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).
