Larry Douglas Plummer, 69, of Arthur, died at 8:46 a.m. Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Carle Hospital, Urbana.

Larry was born March 28, 1953 in Tuscola, the son of Kenneth and Chleo Phipps Plummer.  He married Cindy Bird in rural Arthur on May 5, 1984.

He is survived by his wife Cindy Plummer of Arthur; his dog, "Max"; 2 sisters, Janet Mockaitis of Decatur; Kay Long of Mascoutah; several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.

Larry retired from MasterBrand in Arthur.  He enjoyed deer hunting and riding his Harley.

An Open House will be held at the family residence at 219 S. Elm, Arthur, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2022.  Shrader Funeral Home, Arthur, is assisting the family with arrangements.
