Kevin Lee Wigall, 48, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 5:46 am, Friday, July 1, 2011 at his residence surrounded by his family and friends.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 10:30 am, Monday, July 4, 2011 at the Tuscola First Christian Church, 100 East Church Street, Tuscola, IL with Rev. Scott Zorn and Rev. Kurt Flora officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, Sunday, July 3, 2011 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL

Kevin was born on November 10, 1962 in Effingham, IL, the son of Raymond G. and Virginia Murry Wigall. He married Janis L. Smith on August 27, 1983 in Tuscola, IL. She survives.

Survivors include his mother: Virginia Wigall of Arthur, IL, daughter: Jaime (Joel) Valentine of El Paso, IL, grandson: Eli Valentine, brother: Mark (Julie) Wigall of Tuscola, IL and nephew: Cooper Wigall

He was preceded in death by his father, infant son: Justin Stephen Wigall and an infant sister.

Kevin worked for the US Postal Service in Mattoon, where his was a city mail carrier. He was a member of the Tuscola First Christian Church, Road Riders for Jesus, Douglas County Model Railroad Club and he was active in the ARTco Theater Group.

Kevin graduated from Tuscola Community High School in 1981, Wichita Automotive and Technical School and attended Johnson Bible College in Knoxville, TN. He enjoyed helping with Habitat for Humanity and he served as a board member of BETH's Place in Tuscola.
