Kathryn A. "Kathy" Wallace, 73, of Atwood, IL, passed away at 4:18 p.m., Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Presence Covenant Medical Center, Urbana, IL

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, August 13, 2016 at the Tuscola Moose Lodge, 807 East Southline Road, Tuscola, IL. A gathering of friends and family will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the lodge.

Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, Atwood, IL is assisting the family.

Kathy was born on October 3, 1942 in Tuscola, IL, the daughter of John H. and Genevieve "Geny" L. Eagan Livengood, Jr. She married Ronald E. Wallace on December 25, 1959 at the Lake Fork Church, rural Atwood, IL. He survives.

Also surviving are her daughters: Tracy Becker of Sullivan, Kristine (Brian) Marler of Atwood, Andrea (Bruce) Robinson of Tuscola and Rachel (Jeff) Peeler of Hammond, grandchildren: Marisa Binion, Bryce Hayes, Lindsey Walk, Johnathon Binder, Tyler Binder, Kelsey Leonard, Kara Bosch, Tevin Ross and Parker Wallace, great-grandchildren: Harper Binion, Griffin, Preston and Willow Walk, Eva Leonard, Sophia and Lucas Bosch, brother: John Livengood of Piper City, IL and sister: Cindy White of Bonfield, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Kathy graduated from Atwood-Hammond High School in 1960. She was a member of the Lake Fork Church and the Tuscola Moose Lodge #729. Kathy drove a school bus for Eagan Bus Service for several years, worked for the Harris Company and El's Flower Shop. She was an avid reader and Facebook enthusiast and enjoyed camping at the South Shore Campground in Clinton, IL.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Kathy Wallace Memorial Fund c/o First State Bank of Atwood.
