Kathleen M. White, 59, of Atwood, IL, passed away at 1:50 a.m., Friday, January 10, 2014 at the Decatur Memorial Hospital, Decatur, IL
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 66 East US Highway 36, Atwood, IL, with Rev. Dennis Hanner officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Mackville Cemetery, Atwood, IL
Kathleen was born on October 7, 1954 in Tuscola, IL, the daughter of Carl and Mary Taylor Snyder. She married Thomas R. White on September 27, 1996 in Tuscola, IL. He survives.
Other survivors include her sons: Danny Fischer of Atwood, IL, Ricky Fischer of Humboldt, IL, daughter: Amanda Fischer of Hammond, IL, 6 grandchildren, sisters: Carla Apperson and Julie Snyder both of Bement, IL, and Linda Casteel of Mahomet, IL, in-laws: J.B. and Wilma White of Atwood, IL
She was preceded in death by her parents and step-son: Sean White
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
Kathleen was a homemaker. She enjoyed traveling, being outdoors, fishing and playing with her grandchildren.
