Katherine Sarah Smith, 87, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 10:30 A.M., Sunday, August 26, 2007 at the Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL
Memorial Services celebrating her life will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, August 30, 2007 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL.
Mrs. Smith was born on May 13, 1920 in Benton County, Indiana, the daughter of George and Olive Honor Christina Hagenbaugh Hollingsworth.
Survivors include 1 Son: Cecil P. Smith and wife: Nancy of Tuscola, IL, 1 Daughter: Patricia A. Nelson of Fallbrook, CA, 1 Sister: Christina Short of Fallbrook, CA, 12 Grandchildren, 32 Great-Grandchildren, 7 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 1 Daughter: Clara Jane Wildasin and 4 Brothers: Kennth Hollingsworth, Cecil Hollingsworth, James Hollingsworth and Frank Hollingsworth
Memorials are suggested to the Tuscola First Christian Church, 101 East Church Street, Tuscola, IL 61953
Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and she was a member of the Tuscola First Christian Church.
