Obituary
June Evelyn Trabue, 95, of Arthur, died at 9:00 PM Thursday, January 1, 2015 at Mason Point, rural Sullivan.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at Shrader Funeral Home, 431 S. Vine Street, Arthur, with Rev. Leroy Allison officiating. Burial will follow in the Arthur Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the funeral home
June was born June 12, 1919 in Sullivan, the daughter of Henry H. and Anna Lou Cooley Oye.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan Morris of Sullivan; 3 grandchildren, Chad Morris of Arthur; Greg (Kim) Morris of Charleston; Anissa (Paul) Riley of Sullivan; 3 great grandchildren, Bailey Turnbaugh, Jaxon and Audrey Morris. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers.
June worked at Progress Industries in the tank and casket divisions for 30 years. She was a member of the Arthur United Methodist Church, Christian Women's Fellowship, Arthur Women's Club; American Legion Auxiliary; and served as a Girl Scout leader.
Memorials are suggested to the Arthur United Methodist Church or the Arthur Women's Club.
