Joyce Mor, 88, of Arcola, died at 11:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, Mattoon.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Shrader Funeral Home, 204 N. Locust Street, Arcola, with Rev. Jeff Van Dyke officiating. Burial will follow in the Arcola Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Joyce was born August 28, 1928 in Carlinville, the daughter of John R. and Louise Wetzel Brown. She married Alfred C. Mor in Gillespie on Nov. 22, 1950.

She is survived by her husband, Al Mor of Arcola; son, Bill Mor of Morgan Hill, California; 2 daughters, Nancy Wagoner of Arcola; Lennie (Randy) Williams of Arcola; 7 grandchildren, Patrick (fiancee`,Susan) Mor of Reno, Nevada; Andy Mor of Long Beach, California; Steve (Marcia) Wagoner of Arthur; Brian Wagoner of Charleston; Cherin (Steve) Whitaker of Paxton; Matt (Lyndsay) Williams of Champaign; Allison (Robert) Biggs of Arcola; 10 great grandchildren; and brother, Jene (Pat) Brown of Gillespie. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers.

Joyce was a member of the Arcola United Methodist Church where she served as financial secretary for several years, and also was a former member and golfer at Kaskaskia Country Club. She worked at Vyverberg's Store in Arcola for 15 years.

Joyce enjoyed cooking and baking and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
