Joseph Loyd Ehrhart, 81, of Urbana, formerly of Arcola, died at 7:55 AM Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016 at the Marigold Healthcare and Rehab in Galesburg.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at the Arcola Cemetery with military rites by the Navy Honor Guard. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 pm at the Shrader Funeral Home, 204 N. Locust Street, Arcola.
Joseph was born Sept. 26, 1934 in Champaign, the son of Lloyd and LaVerne Hudson Ehrhart.
He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Pagel of Keokuk, Iowa; 2 grandchildren, Alyson Alstedt and Joe Hoskins; sister, Betty Walker, and 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
Joseph served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He owned and operated a furniture store.
