Jon was born on April 19th, 1966, in Mattoon, IL. He was the son of James "Jim" Little and Karen "Kaye" Sodaro. Jon married his high school sweetheart Toni (Travis) Little of Tuscola, IL on February 16th of 1991. They were married for 33 wonderful years together but loved each other even longer than that. She survives.

Other survivors include: His 4 children—Jonathan (Chase) Little and fiancé Marissa Bratten of Tuscola, IL; Robert (Chance) Little and girlfriend Tayler Asay of Tuscola, IL; Dalani (Lani) and husband Noah Palmer of Tuscola, IL; Dakota (Kota) and husband Brett Garrett of Tuscola, IL and their two daughters Bryar and Dalilah Garrett. His siblings—Jeffrey Little and wife Comanche of Bloomington, IL; Tony Little of Cleveland, OH; Jillaine Nasrallah and husband Ramzy of Flemington, NJ. Also survived is his mother-in-law, Nancy Travis of Tuscola, IL as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and in laws.

He is preceded in death by his parents, father-in-law Robert Travis, nephews Ian Little and Jeremy Little.

Jon graduated from Tuscola High School in 1984. After owning his own motorcycle repair shop, Tuscola Motorsports, he went on to be employed by Energy Transfer. He was fiercely loved by his family and countless friends. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and spent many nights in his garage working on his motorcycle. Some of his favorite memories were his yearly trips to Wisconsin to ride snowmobiles with his friends. Jon enjoyed collecting and shooting guns and was a lifelong Rolling Stones fan. He had a soft spot in his heart for each of his dogs. There was nothing that Jon loved more than spending time with his family. He was a doting husband, proud father, and devoted grandfather. Jon will always be remembered for his ornery personality, quick wit, and infectious laugh. As a testimony to his selflessness and willingness to help others,

Jon asked that donations be made in his name to the Sarah Bush Lincoln Cancer Center—the incredible healthcare professionals that cared for him throughout his treatment.
