Joan Juanita Heath, 88, of Tuscola, IL, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at her residence.

She was born on December 31, 1931 in Cape Girardeau, MO, the daughter of Anthony William and Burtis Allene Graves Schlosser. She married Doss Robert Heath on September 9, 1950. He preceded her in death on July 27, 2017.

Survivors include her sons: Paul Robert (Anita) Heath of Mahomet and Richard Wayne Heath of Falls Church, VA, daughter: Linda Heath (Eric Fiegenbaum ) of Madbury , NH, grandchildren: Stephanie Heath of Savoy, Jason Heath of Champaign and Katie Fiegenbaum of Madbury, NH, sister: Marilyn Stevenson of Riverside, CA, niece: Sandi (Rick) Stout and nephew: Michael (Tina) Stevenson both of Riverside, CA.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Diabetes Association.

Joan loved music, reading mystery novels, working puzzles and collecting miniature lighthouses.

Private Family Services will be held at the Tuscola Township Cemetery with Rev. Kenneth Roedder officiating.
