Jill Hall

Jill Lacy Hall, 79, of Tuscola, formerly of Arthur, passed away on Friday morning, April 10, 2026 at her residence.

Private family graveside services will be held at the Arthur Cemetery.

Jill was born on June 27, 1946 in Tuscola, the daughter of Forest W. “Shorty” and V. Maxine Taylor Lacy. She married Curtis D. Hall on March 1, 1968 in Arthur. Together they shared 58 years of marriage.

Survivors include her husband, daughter: Malea (Travis) Moser of Effingham, grandchildren: Jesse (Stephanie) Hall, Marcus Hall, Jared (Fabiola) Hall, Jalen Hall, Taylor Moser, Lane Moser, Olivia Moser and Will Moser, 4 great-grandchildren with one on the way.

Jill was preceded in death by her parents, son: Michael W. Hall and her sister: Karen Briggs.

Jill was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved having family get togethers at her home. Jill enjoyed decorating her home, baking, painting, reading, antique shopping, and she also loved shopping for jewelry. She was a devote follower of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and she loved praying for others.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the donor’s choice.
