Jerry Allan Feeler, 70, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 5:21 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at his residence.

Graveside Services with military rites accorded will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Camargo Cemetery, Camargo, IL with Rev. Kenneth Roedder officiating. Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mr. Feeler was born November 22, 1946 in Tuscola, IL, the son of Edwin and Delores Boucher Feeler. He married Dorothy Wilson on June 4, 1972. She survives.

Other survivors include his daughter: Crystal Mays and husband: Ed of Ames, IA, son: Andrew Feeler and wife: Jessica of Tuscola, IL, 5 Grandchildren, 2 sisters: Gay Cain of Tuscola, IL and Joy Doty of Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jerry attended Villa Grove Schools. He served his country in the US Army from 1964 until 1987. Jerry was an Aviation Tech, obtaining the rank of First Sergeant Major. He served 2 ½ years in Vietnam, 2 tours in Germany and various stateside assignments, working on helicopters. After retiring from the Army, Jerry worked for Northwest Airlines from 1988 until 1995. Jerry earned his private pilot's license and enjoyed flying, playing cards and visiting with his family.

Memorials are suggested to the Carle Hospice Unit.
