Jamie Rhea (Donnals) Gady, 37, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at her home in Tolono.

Memorial Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 26, 2012 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL with Pastor Bill Gauger officiating. Visitation will be held 5 to 7 p.m., Sunday, November 25, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery at a later date.

She was born July 10, 1975, in Urbana to Jackie and Katherine (Welborn) Donnals.

She graduated from Tuscola Community High School in 1993. She received an associate degree in nursing from Parkland College. She was a nurse and volunteer firefighter and was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sadorus. She loved spending time with family. She was always on the move, eager to lend a hand or share a laugh. Her children were the great loves of her life. She was a proud mom who loved nothing more than being with her children for every sporting event, play and milestone, as they brought great joy into her life.

She is survived by her children, Justin Tidwell of Fishers, Ind., and Alexis Gady of Sadorus; her parents, Jackie and Gwen Donnals of Champaign; her brother, Jeremy Donnals of Arthur; her sister, Valerie (Mike) Katzenstein of Algonquin; and her grandparents, Jack Donnals of Tuscola and Les and Norma Gadbury of Monticello.

She was preceded in death by Kathy (Welborn Donnals) Montoya; and grandparents: Betty Donnals and Pete and Eloise Welborn.

Memorials may be made to the Jamie Gady Memorial Fund, an education fund for her children at Busey Bank, 3002 West Windsor Road, Champaign, IL 61822
