Jasper "Jack" Donnals, 94 of Tuscola, passed away at 7:20 p.m., Friday, September 9, 2022 at the Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana, IL

Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, September 15, 2022 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL.

Graveside Services with military rites will be held at the Tuscola Township Cemetery following the visitation.

Jack was born on April 6, 1928 in Tuscola, the son of Jasper and Lottie R. Long Donnals. He married Betty Evelyn Stevens on July 17, 1950 in Charleston, IL. She preceded him in death on May 1, 2008.

Survivors include his daughter: Evelyn Donnals of Las Vegas, NV, sons: Jackie Donnals and wife: Gwen of Champaign and Tony Donnals of Tuscola, 7 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his granddaughter: Jamie Gady and 4 sisters.

Jack served his country in the Illinois National Guard. He worked as a custodian for the Tuscola school district for 45 years from 1948 to 1993 and at Tuscola National Bank as the custodian for 38 years from 1954 to 1992.

Memorials are suggested to the Douglas County Animal Shelter.
