Helen Bundy, age 80, of rural Tuscola, IL, joined her Lord on Saturday, April 14, 2007.

Beloved wife of 48 years to John Leland Bundy, Jr., Loving Mother of John Leland Bundy, III and wife: Kathleen of Tuscola, IL and Anne Louise Bundy of Springfield, IL, Cherished Grandmother of Brooke Louise Bundy of Glendale Heights, IL.
She is also survived by her Sister: Norma Job of Hume, IL, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Parents: Marcus G. and Dorothy Mitchell Porter and a Brother: Marcus A. Porter

Helen was born in Hume, IL, on August 15, 1926. She was a 1946 graduate of the Secondary Education English Program at McMurray College in Jacksonville, IL.

She married John Leland Bundy, Jr. on August 21, 1948 in Newman, IL. He preceded her in death on June 17, 1996.

She was a former High School English Teacher and Homemaker.
Helen was a member of the Tuscola United Methodist Church.
Her kind heart, spirit and devotion to her family will be deeply missed.

Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at the Tuscola United Methodist Church, 901 North Prairie Street, Tuscola, IL. Visitation will be held from 5-7 P.M., Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL.
