Hazel Marie Edmiston, 93, of Tuscola, IL, passed away at 11:57 P.M., Friday, March 16, 2007 at her residence.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, March 19, 2007 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Tuscola Township Cemetery, Tuscola, IL
Mrs. Edmiston was born on May 18, 1913 in Sullivan County, IN, the daughter of Ora Lee and Margaret Pearl Mershon Sanderson. She married Willard Edmiston on June 23, 1933 in Ridge Farm, IL. He preceded her in death on November 7, 1979.
Survivors include her son: John Edmiston and wife: Jo Ann of Hindsboro, IL, 1 Brother: Dean Sanderson of Washington, IL, 3 Sisters: Sara Foreman of Washington, IL, Mickey Bird of Terre Haute, IN, Betty Frankenfield of Terre Haute, IN
She was preceded in death by 1 Son, 1 Brother, and 3 Sisters
Mrs. Edmiston was a homemaker. She loved to go on walks, work in her garden, raise flowers and read.
