Gayle Page, 81, of Savoy, formerly of Tuscola, IL, passed away on Friday morning, April 7, 2017 at Willowbrook Memory Care of Savoy.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at the Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL. Burial will follow in the Tuscola Township Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 pm., Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at the funeral home.

Gayle was born on July 5, 1935 in Anna, IL, the daughter of Edward and Beulah Eastman Honey. She married Richard W. Page on June 1, 1952 in Anna, IL. He preceded her in death on June 16, 1995. She married Edward Wachala on March 28, 1998 in Tuscola, IL. He survives.

Also surviving are her children: Richard (Kathy) Page of Paxton, Cheryl Page (Troy Betterton) of Fisher and David (Kimberly) Page of Hudson, 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, step-children: Edward Wachala and Steve Wachala both of Champaign, Kathy Wachala of Georgia and Teresa Wachala of Tucson, AZ.

Gayle was preceded in death by her parents, son: Alan Page, 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Gayle formerly worked as a clerk for Mitchell's Department Store in Tuscola. She was a member of the Tuscola United Church of Christ. Gayle enjoyed dancing and cross stitching.

She was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. Gayle especially loved spending time with her many extended family members.

Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association, American Heart Association or to the ALS Association.
